Radha Permanand

Radha Permanand

Radha is a specialist in London House Chambers’ International Practice. Having spent almost a decade (2005-2013)  at the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) with half of that time as the Deputy Registrar and Deputy Marshal she is an expert on the practice before the CCJ in both its appellate and original jurisdiction. She is well poised to provide exceptional counsel to clients in Guyana, Barbados and Belize for whom the CCJ is the final Court of Appeal, and to clients throughout CARICOM, who engage in regional activities within the regime of the Revised Treaty of Chaguramas. Most recently, Radha spent 6 months at the CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC) in Suriname as their Senior Legal Counsel. Her exposure to the operations of the CCC added a further level of regional experience which enhances her ability to understand and properly advise a wide client base. Radha brings to London House Chambers a wealth of unique experience that will give our clients an insider’s edge in new and highly complicated practice areas.
