Abhimanyu Dev

Abhimanyu Dev is an Associate Attorney at the Guyanese office of London House Chambers.

Beginning with his early academic years, Abhimanyu stood out as a high-performing student, receiving recognition and prizes at various levels, including NGSA, CSEC, and CAPE. He continued his academic pursuits at the University of Guyana, where he graduated with a Distinction in Law (LL.B.), ranking as one of the top students in his cohort. He furthered his legal education at the Hugh Wooding Law School in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, earning the L.E.C. (Legal Education Certificate).

During his time in Trinidad and Tobago, Abhimanyu gained valuable experience working in the Legal Aid Clinic, contributing to his understanding of the intricacies of the legal profession. With a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, he joined London House Chambers after completing in-service training. Abhimanyu was admitted to the Guyanese bar in October 2021 at the age of 21, making him one of the youngest attorneys in Guyana’s history.

As an Attorney-at-Law, Abhimanyu possesses strong legal research abilities, a talent for developing case strategies, and adaptability in the dynamic legal landscape. His attention to detail and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients contribute to his professionalism and expertise.
